Continued disappointment with technical support

I still cant get help with my problems. I enjoyed using this program since 2012. But upgrades have made it unusable on my iMac, and I cannot get synchronization through iCloud between devices. Very very sad. Meta classy, please help. I have sent multiple messages over the space of more than 2 weeks.
