Various issues

Id like to create a new document and have it directly saved on a storage provider. I can only see how to edit existing documents from a storage provider, or how to create a new local document that I cannot then easily move.

Also. Storage and document provider storage is nice. But I would prefer direct integration of other services that works as well as Dropbox and iCloud Drive.
